Upon completion and acceptance of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from with the details of your purchase.

Additional status changes will be sent via email as your order proceeds through the process. This includes notifying you when your Payment has been received, when your order has been Shipped. We do our best to keep you posted on your order status.

At times might run into ordering processing delays, Please allow at least 7 - 10 business days for delivery of order. Order status can also be checked by logging in to your "My Account" to view your previous orders and current order status:


All payments are processed by Compulsive Gifts we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Google Wallet.


Upon receipt of payment, the item(s) will be shipped according to the shipping policy outlined here. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive another email that confirms the shipping and provides tracking information so that you can easily track your package from within "My Account".

We ship packages threw  UPS or USPS. reserves the right to change the shipping method on orders placed to ensure prompt delivery.

While overnight, second, and third day shipping is available, we recommend UPS Ground. Speedy shipping methods may be of limited value.

We are required to charge the sales tax of 5% to residents of Maryland, and this will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Return Policy stands firmly behind all of our products and is committed to your satisfaction. All items are subject to a full refund (less shipping and handling costs). Upon receipt of your order, please carefully check it against the packing list to insure that all is correct. Please keep all packing materials and slips should you need to return the item.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within seven (7) business days of receipt. Products to be returned must be in the originals package with all original materials and in the same condition as when received. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will not allow returns on items that have gone past the (7) Business day limit.

You MUST obtain an RMA prior to any Returns.

After contacting this office, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Label. The return must be shipped within ten (10) days. If everything is intact, credit will be issued via the same payment method (, unless other arrangements have been made. In addition, the manufacturer's warranty information and service address should be clearly marked on the package you receive.

Limited Edition and Retired Figurines:

Sorry we do not allow returns on Limited Edition and Retired Figurines. These items can not be returned, exchanged or refunded once the order is shipped.

Clearance Sale Items

Items sold as clearance sale items are FINAL sales no returns, exchanges or returns can be made.

Defective Product

If you receive a defective product please follow the RMA instructions above. We will make arrangements to have a replacement item right away, at no additional cost to you.

Customer Negligence:

Any damages sustained by acts of negligence are not the responsibility of and items will not be refunded, exchanged or returned.

Damaged in Shipping

If the product is damaged in shipping, please notify the shipper to resolve any issues. Products damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the shipping company and we recommend taking advantage of the shipping insurance we offer.

Please contact us if you encounter difficulties with the shipper. While we have limited input we will provide any assistance we can.

Should this occur we invite you to return to our store and reorder the product in question. Please consult with the shipping company to determine their policy and your best course of action to obtain an undamaged product.
